You can use Gmail to retrieve your emails off our server. Although we have our own webmail facility, Gmail has great functionality and enormous mailbox sizes.

If you haven't already, sign up for a new Gmail account at:

Then go to : Settings (in the Cog icon) > Accounts and Import

Under the heading "Check mail from other accounts", click on 'Add a mail account'.

Enter your email address.
Select 'Import emails from my other account (POP3)'.
For username, put in your full email address again.
POP server should default to mail.{yourdomainname}
Do NOT tick any of the boxes.

Gmail will then send you an email to verify the setup. You can collect the email from your webmail facility:

Once you have verified the setup, under the Gmail settings in Accounts:

When I receive a message sent to one of my addresses:
tick: Reply from the same address the message was sent to

Your Devices

After setting up Gmail, you'll want to set up your devices to collect from Gmail's servers using IMAP.

Username: the full gmail address
Incoming: (Port 993)
Outgoing: (Port 465)
