You can use Gmail to retrieve your emails off our server. Although we have our
own webmail facility, Gmail has great functionality and enormous mailbox sizes.
If you haven't already, sign up for a new Gmail account at:
http://www.gmail.com
Then go to : Settings > Accounts
Under the heading "Check mail using POP", click on Add another mail account.
Enter your email address.
For username, put in your full email address again.
POP server should default to mail.{yourdomainname}
Do NOT tick any of the boxes.
Gmail will then send you an email to verify the setup. You can collect the email
from your webmail facility:
http://webmail.{yourdomainname}
Once you have verified the setup, under the Gmail settings in Accounts:
